Shipping policy
ALL ORDERS WILL BE PREPARED IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED (SOME EXCEPETIONS DUE TO SUPPLY SHORTAGES WE WILL CONTACT YOU OR ISSUE THE REFUND).
Pick Up
We will prepare your order in 5-7 business days after your order has been placed (some exceptions may apply due to supply shortages), you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up, and you will need to show it to us when you pick up the order. Pick up location is our store: 660 Yonge St, Toronto, ON, M4Y 2A6.
All orders are considered FINAL SALE 7 days after the pick-up notification email has been sent, even if the order has not been picked up. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
Local Delivery
We do offer local delivery for some certain GTA areas.
If you are in the local delivery area, and your total purchase amount is over $99.99 before tax, you will get the local delivery service for free!
When you see the local delivery option pops up after putting in your delivery address, which means your area is eligible for local delivery.
Otherwise, you will need to choose the shipping option or pick-up option.
You will receive a delivery notification email once your order is ready for delivery.
Shipping in Canada
We ship across Canada. You will see the shipping rate at the check-out page with your shipping information.
Shipping to U.S.
We do ship to the U.S., however, due to the custom limitation we suggest you to contact us on Instagram (gogopets.ca) or WeChat (gogopets01) for more details about the shipment.
Shipping fees and duties will be your responsibilities.
How can I track my order after it ships?
We will prepare your order in 5-7 business days after your order has been placed (some exceptions may apply due to supply shortages), and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped out.
How can I track my local delivery order?
Local delivery hours are typically Monday to Sunday between 4pm - 11 pm EST (except for holidays or long weekends). We will prepare your order in 5-7 business days after your order has been placed (some exceptions may apply due to supply shortages), and you will receive a follow-up text message with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please note, that the courier will not be able to deliver to the unit for Condo/Apartment buildings, the shipment boxes will be handed to the security in the lobby. If a special arrangement is required, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a solution that works the best for your end.
Please note, that we encourage customers to carefully review and confirm their shipping address at the checkout page and in the order confirmation email. If you notice an incorrect address input, please contact us immediately to request an address modification. If the order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. In cases where the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the package is not returned and is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
