Please note that we do not provide free shipping or free delivery for exchanged or refunded products, you will need to ship your items back for refunds within 7 days of purchase, and for the exchanged items you will need to pick it up by yourself or be responsible for the shipping fee of it.

All pre-order products are FINAL SALE. 

Any food product returned in unopened and original condition with a receipt within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged or store credit, no refund;

Any Cat Litter Product returned in unopened and original condition with a receipt within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged or store credit, no refund. In any other conditions or with no receipt will be no exchange and no refund.

Clothing/ Harness Products, Toy Products/ Cat Tree/ Cat Stretcher; Daily Pet Supplies (Carrier/Bowl/Wipes/Shampoo/Spray/Brush/Beds/Cat Litter Box or Scoop/ Dog Pee Pads or toilet, ex): Final Sale.

All orders are considered FINAL SALE 7 days after the pick-up notification email has been sent, even if the order has not been picked up. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
